Technical Arts were appointed from the initial renovation of this home and were tasked with the complete lighting, audio and automation of the property and grounds. The clients desired lighting that would enhance the architectural details of the home as well as elevate each room to feel like the luxury hotels they frequent.

Full automation encompassed light triggered blinds, surround sound and complete climate control and a localised water heating system adapted to the period properties unique requirements.
