ALTRINCHAM
THE PROJECT
Appointed in the middle of lockdown, this prestigious residence was a refurbishment and extensive remodelling of an existing property.
Technical Arts were appointed initially to do just the lighting design, but following our presentation were asked to take-over the whole-house audio-visual and automation systems, integrating them seamlessly into the interior scheme.
Working closely with the homeowners, we realised the aspirations of their home as well as the potential for the space that they had not yet considered. The result is a fully automated home including lighting and audio-visual programming throughout.
LIGHTING
The lighting design used state-of-the-art computer-controlled dim-to-warm fittings, allowing the lights to be bright and white during the day and dim to a warm intimate scene as the sun set. All controlled automatically and in-tune with the seasons.
