NOBU, PORTMAN SQUARE
THE PROJECT
The world renowned luxury hotel chain Nobu opened its doors in central London in 2019. Technical Arts were approached to design and supply the AV for Phase 2 of the project.
Technical Arts were responsible for the convention reception and bar, grand banqueting suite and various private dining rooms all of which can be transformed into convention centres and meeting rooms with full audio and video facilities and even a broadcast studio space for live-streaming interviews.
LIGHTING & AV
Our in-house designers produced several design options to present to the clients and the interior designers. The lighting uses state-of-the-art track mounted light fittings which enables the lights to move to focus onto the tables regardless of the event's unique table arrangements. This allows for rapid table set-up, with the lights moving to preset positions allowing the event teams to position the tables in preconfigured positions defined by the spot lights.
